Delivery and Returns Policy

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. The standard delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service usually takes 2-5 working days to deliver, but can take up to 7. Orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same working day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Next day delivery

We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. This is offered within the UK on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday (before 2pm) will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday. This service will be provided by Royal Mail special delivery. The rate for this service is £7.99 which will be charged to the buyer.

Where we can’t deliver

We do not deliver outside of the UK. We are also unable to deliver to Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

Returns Policy

Here at Talita Cumi Ltd., we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us. However, if you change your mind about keeping your purchase, then please contact us at ampatsec@gmail.com so that we can inform you on how to return the product to us.

We will accept returns in the original packaging and with proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will accept returns even if the item has been used. We are so confident that you will like our product and hence this guarantee. However please contact us on ampatsec@gmail.com before you return the product.

Refunds will be issued processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. It may take 5-7 days before the money appears in your account, depending on your bank. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, the customer must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery by calling 01704 579337 or emailing: ampatsec@gmail.com.
