All packages include 12 sessions, plus your weights, resistance band, and Free From Pain Exercise Book.
💻 Online – £200
Join from home with 12 live online classes.
👥 Group Face-to-Face – £300
Train alongside others in a supportive group setting.
👤 One-to-One Face-to-Face – £600
Personalised guidance with 12 private sessions.
Step 3: Receive Your Welcome Pack
We’ll send you your class schedule, Zoom link (if online), and tips to get started.
Step 4: Pick Your Class Time
🗓️ Face-to-Face (1-to-1 or Group) – Tuesday or Wednesday Afternoon
🗓️ Online (Zoom) – Thursday (Morning or Afternoon)
Step 5: Start Your Journey
Arrive at the clinic or join your Zoom session and begin moving Free From Pain.

- ✅ Phone, tablet, or laptop with Zoom installed (for online)
- ✅ Weights, resistance band, and exercise book (provided when you start)
